Shreyansh Budhia
Shreyansh is an economist with a background in business and sustainability consulting. He currently works with Mongabay as an Analyst, has previously worked with TechnoServe Inc as an associate, and serves as an advisor to the Richmond University Customer Experience Certificate Program. Shreyansh is a Joint Secretary at the Healthy Climate Initiative, and loves to watch wildlife and drink coffee during his free time.

Aditya Upadhyay
Aditya is an entrepreneur and a singer-songwriter who is deeply concerned about rising temperatures and it's effect on livability especially in the Indian subcontinent. Aditya believes that the intersection of idealism and practicality is where fruitful activism thrives.
Programs Coordination and Management Advisor
Patrycja Sikora
Patrycja is a Project Manager based in Poland with expertise in managing international teams across different creative industries. She is multilingual, and has experience leading language and photography based projects. She has been involved in animal rescues from childhood. This passion has advanced further today, and has taken the form of actively supporting biodiversity conservation efforts (with an exceptionally soft spot for snow leopards), wildlife photography, and managing projects for the Nature People Network.
Additionally, Patrycja is also interested in climate change adaptation and sustainable development efforts, particularly if they are interlinked with the well-being of animals and ecosystems. In her spare time, she can be seen with her camera, practicing yoga or hiking – for now mostly the Polish mountains, but someday soon, the Himalayas too!
Proposal Development Advisor
Hanna Ollos
Hanna is a dedicated behavioral ecologist and conservationist with a strong focus on community-led biodiversity and ecosystem conservation. Her career reflects a deep commitment to understanding and enhancing human-nature interactions. Previously, she worked as a Project Coordinator for the European Wilderness Society, developing managing international EU-funded projects that addressed protected area management, sustainable tourism and local socio-economic development, human-wildlife conflict and more.
Hanna, along with her partner Jonas, is co-founder of Biking4Biodiversity. This advocacy project involved an ambitious 20,000 km bicycle journey from Europe to Southeast Asia. Throughout this journey, they explored and documented community-driven efforts to protect biodiversity. Over the course of the expedition, Hanna and Jonas collaborated with more than 200 conservationists across 20 countries, exchanging valuable knowledge about conservation and the human-nature relationship.
In her free time, Hanna can be found adventuring in the mountains, hiking, cycling, climbing, bivouacking, and everything else that brings her closer to wild nature.

Jonas Sommer
Jonas is a wildlife ecologist who received an MS in Forest and Nature Conservation with a specialisation in Ecology from the Wageningen University. He served as a Project Assistant with the European Wilderness Society, volunteered for Conservation Volunteers in Australia, worked for the Naturpark Taunus in Germany, interned at Lammi Biological Station, wrote his master thesis in cooperation with Snow Leopard Conservancy India and conducted research at the Succulent Karoo Research Station in South Africa.
Jonas is Hanna's partner and has traveled across Eurasia with her to document lesser known community led conservation projects. He loves to travel and wants to contribute to global conservation of biodiversity and indigenous traditions.

Remi Vacher
Remi Vacher, a French-born wildlife photographer based in Dubai, is a passionate explorer who captures the beauty of nature through his lens. With a profound appreciation for wildlife from a young age, Remi dedicates a big part of his spare time to photograph and document the world's most remarkable creatures in their natural habitats.
Through his photographs, he raises awareness about environmental issues and the urgent need for conservation action. Capturing images over time, he documents changes in ecosystems and the impacts of human activity onto wildlife. His captivating photos inspire individuals and communities to get involved in conservation efforts, fostering collaboration and stakeholder engagement

MasterChef Aditi Bhutia Madan
MasterChef Aditi Bhutia Madan, fondly known as "Momo Mami" from her journey on MasterChef India Season 3, is the Founder and Director of BluePine Foods Pvt. Ltd. Her entrepreneurial journey is deeply rooted in sustainability, social responsibility, and promoting Himalayan cuisine. Aditi’s company offers preservative-free, handcrafted momos using traditional ingredients, while supporting agro-based and eco-friendly practices.

Her commitment to social causes extends to employing women from underprivileged backgrounds and embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workforce. Aditi brings her extensive experience in scaling an MSME through sustainable innovation to her role with us, where she will guide micro, small, and medium scale industries towards biodiversity conservation. She aims to foster collaborations that allow MSMEs to thrive by adopting nature-friendly practices, benefiting both business and the environment.
Himalaya Landscape Advisor
Dr Iqbal Ali Khan
Dr Iqbal is a conservationist and zoologist working on conservation of avifauna in the Western Himalayas. He has been studying birds and their habitats across the Trans-Himalayas for the last 6 years. Iqbal did his PhD on the Eurasian Magpie, a bird species endemic to Ladakh in terms of its distribution in the Indian subcontinent.
During his research, he would visit unprotected microhabitats in his area threatened by urbanisation, would explore community oriented conservation themes, and help formulate local biodiversity management committees to effectively help local communities become conservation stewards.
Iqbal is on a mission to raise awareness and conserve lesser-known habitats. He likes to travel, write blogs, and create travel videos on YouTube. Home for Iqbal is the Dras region in India’s Kargil, and worrying about climate change is his favourite hobby.
Western India Conservation Advisor
Vikram Gadhavi
Vikram serves as an Honorary Wildlife Warden and Conservationist in Botard district of the Western India's Gujarat state. He is the president of Reptile Conservation Society, Surat, and has been working towards the conservation of nature and biodiversity for more than 18 years.
Most of his work includes monitoring wildlife outside protected areas, mitigating human-animal conflict, and developing conservation policies for biodiversity management outside protected landscapes. He has also been actively involved in preventing wildlife crimes in the region.
Vikram has a peculiar interest in community centered conservation. His current focus is on conservation of wolves to revive common rural grazing lands, and rejuvenate rural economies across Gujarat. In his free time, Vikram can be found photographing natural landscapes, and communicating with school children on the global need to care for nature.

Dr Divyansh Budhia
A physician by profession, Divyansh is a passionate advocate for indigenous rights, biodiversity and wildlife conservation, climate action, and sustainability in energy and tech. He focuses on conservation of biodiversity in a Central Indian context, and can be found playing his guitar in his free time.
Director of Partnerships
Mohammad Farhan Khan
Farhan is a serial tech entrepreneur and software developer who holds 5 software patents. He is an IT graduate, works with development at SBI Life Insurance, and serves as a director of partnerships with us. In his free time, Farhan can be found riding his complex motorcycle through lush mountains and green valleys.
Strategy Advisor
Dr Sushanta Mahapata
An economics professor by profession, Dr Mahapatra is a faculty at the School of Social Science, IFHE University, Hyderabad. His research areas include climate change and sustainable development, public policy, applied development economics, water governance, agriculture policy, and microfinance.
Dr Mahapatra has collaborated in research projects supported by organizations like the IRRI, ILO Geneva, Harvard School of Public Health, and the Indian Ministry of Rural Development and Education. He received his PhD in Economics from MIDS, the Indian Council of Social Science Research Institute, is a recipient of the European Commission Erasmus Mundus Post-Doctoral Fellowship, and believes in the philosophy of simple living, high thinking.
